Summer Moot?

I am thinking that it's going to have to be done on 07/16/11 by the looks of things. At the very latest 07/30/11 but that is real deep into season. Thoughts/suggestions/input from the peanut gallery?

7/16/11 sounds great. It would definitely be best if we did Lexaea and Essence's Gathering for the Departed's at the first opportunity and Moot would be a great time. Are the ST's ok with backdating Moot a little IC so we don't wait a while in character to do the honors? It would also make me really happy to be able to tell the tales of our battles while it's still fresh in the memories of everyone who was there.

There are players in this game who have no access to email lists or forums and should probably be made aware of the summer moot through a game announcement first. That would mean the 30th would be the best time to do it. People were also talking about snagging some sort of place in the metro parks so we can grill and do something awesome like that. That sounds like a really good suggestion but we'd need to coordinate where and such.

So should we do Essence's gathering next weekend, since Moot will be a while?

Essence's gathering will be done on the boards. Misha will be performing it. I'm gonna start that scene sometime next week!
