Sal's Diner

I haven't even been there yet. Makes me sad. :~(

That is a goddamn crying shame. I think about Sal's, and I start drooling. It needs to be, like, ten days from now so I can eat at Sal's.

What happens in 10 days?

On Wednesday the 18th, I get on a train in La Crosse at about a quarter to eleven, get off the train in Chicago at a few minutes to four, run like hell to get to the Megabus depot outside Union Station, leave on the Megabus at about a quarter after four, and get into Cleveland at midnight.

Then I sleep.

Then I wake up, and there's Sal's. I hope. And coffee. Coffee is a necessity.

I want to be there for this. It's totally unfair that you get Sal's twice, and I don't get it at all! ::Sad face::

At lease twice. Sal's is amazing. And it's not my fault you live in Toledo...

Nick, I will gladly take you to Sal's some weekend if you are out in the area.

Nick, if it makes you feel any better, I have no idea what the hell you guys are talking about. I've never heard of the place.

It's a little diner on the corner of Pearl and Denison, near the zoo. It's amazing and incredibly cheap.

Is that the place Jonah took me to a few times?

South, that is a different place. I don't remember the name of it off hand, though.

But that place was equally as good.

Okay, this place sounds amazing, and I plan to go there this summer before going to the zoo. It's too perfect not to.
