Effective next game and moving forward the fee has increased from $3.00 a head to $5.00 a head. Majority vote on 12/01/12 approved this change. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at heartland-alliance-sts@googlegroups.com.

Something we failed to express:

The purpose of this is to obtain a new site. If it comes to pass that, within six months, we can't find a new site or have nothing of note to show for the pursuit of one, the extra money collected will be returned to the player base in a form that can be discussed closer to that date.
