Can a new forum be created for the less relevant posting? Perhaps something in the vein of "Off Topic"? It's clear the stream of LOLCats, YouTube vids, College Humor segments, and memes isn't going to abate; and, while I'm not opposed to y'all entertaining yourselves this way, it's slightly more opt-out for folks like me if room is made for this stuff outside of "OOC Discussion/Questions." Thanks for your consideration.
