Winter Moot? Empty Winter Moot?

It seems a bit late to be announcing a Moot for the 1/28 game but it might be a good idea to have a Winter Moot before Spring gets here. Would people be agreeable to having Winter Moot on the 2/11 game?

Since we're going by Astronomical Seasons, by way of the HST's words, Winter lasts until March 20th, just sayin. If we have an event in February we could include the Winter Moot.
