The Rite Time

Post by Grip on Fri Oct 22, 2010 4:21 pm

I'm working off hearsay. I haven't found the section in the book on rite lengths, and I don't know where the conflicting info is coming from.

1.) I've been told that Rite Length is a set amount of time. Basic's 15, Intermediate's 30, Advanced is an hour. Or somesuch. The actual number varies based on who I've talked to.
2.) I've been told that Rite Length is a set amount of time based on the level of the rite. Level 1 is ten minutes, 2 is twenty, 3 is thirty, and so on. It seems this is based off of tabletop rules, but still carries over for certain rite conversions.

Is there a set time for rites, and if so, what is it?

Thanks,
-Jason

I'd like to see the following, but invite input.

Minor: 5 minutes
Basic: 15 minutes
Intermediate: 30 minutes
Advanced: 60 minutes

These times should work unless otherwise stated in the rite itself, since some rites say they take days and some say they work instantly (rare, but true).
