Charter & House Rules
The Official Charter is being reviewed by the Staff at this time. Once it is done being reviewed it will be posted so everyone may review. The Charter is not a voting item, so it will be a ready-set-go type document.
The House Rules are being developed at this time. As we are relatively low powered but are part of a larger power base, we are looking to gain a bit of input from the player base. Please keep in mind that just because a genre is listed does not mean it is open season to play. We are a Garou Heavy game, but at our heart we are mixed genre.
1. Garou
-What in this genre would you like to see regulated?
-Any specific gifts/rites you would like reviewed?
2. Mage
-What in this genre would you like to see regulated?
3. Vampire
-What in this genre would you like to see regulated?
-Any specific disciplines/rituals you would like reviewed?
4. Changeling
-What in this genre would you like to see regulated?
5. Demon
-Just kidding!
6. Humans/Mortals
-What sort of guidelines would you like to see in place for this?
Please also keep in mind that while you may request something it doesn't mean we'll add it. Please discuss!

3. Vampire
I would like to see discussion on the following proposed house rules. They're being submitted with the intent of facilitating roleplay between vampires and werewolves in this cross genre chronicle:
- The Meditation Ability can be used by Vampire PCs to restore Willpower in the same fashion Meditation is used to restore Gnosis for Werewolves (15 minutes uninterrupted meditation, expend a Mental Trait or a level of the Ability to regain a temporary Willpower Trait, not to exceed your maximum Permanent Willpower).
- You may manifest via Psychic Projection by spending a Willpower Trait for one scene (instead of one turn per LotW pg. 138) so long as you do not initiate any challenges. Once you initiate a challenge in your manifested form, you must expend Willpower Traits on a turn-by-turn basis, as is it written in the power.
- Vampire PCs must spend a temporary Willpower trait for every hour they wish to remain awake during daytime, whether or not they are in their bodies. Trait bidding limits as determined by Morality Traits still appy. (A vampire using Possession or Subsume would spend 2 Willpower every hour/scene they are awake and outside if they don't want to Rottschrek)
- Vampires with Humanity 4, Humanity 5, or any rating on Feral Heart do not register as Wyrm Tainted. All Vampires regardless of path or rating are considered creatures of the Wyrm. The exception is Vampires on Golconda, who do not register as Wyrm Tainted and are not considered creatures of the Wyrm.

The Meditation and Wyrm-taint bits are, at least, covered in printed MET products.

Re: Charter & House Rules
I can't find either of those things in LotW or LotN. Could you point me to the book and page?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Dark Epics and Storytellers', respectively, if I recall correctly. Laws of the Hunt, possibly, for the former.
