Is there some sort of special Garou Rite to consecrate a shrine? I don't think the Griffin Totem has a shrine on sept and the Big Red Bastards gonna carve one up for him. I know there isn't anything like this in LOTW but is there another place it exists?

Not that I've ever encountered.

I would assume enough levels in Tribe/Spirit lore would be highly recommended though in order to know what would be proper or not.
