Midwinter 2012 ** Character Sheets **

In hopes of making this easy on everyone.

1. You must let us know by Monday (01/02) that you're going to Midwinter.
2. If you have a Fetish and/or Talen that you want to bring along and have approved you must provide us with a scanned copy of that fetish. The only items exempt are book items. This should accompany your notice to us that you're going to Midwinter.

Note: We cannot promise that any fetish/talen that you have will be accepted.

If fetish descriptions are typed up in my character's .gex file, is that acceptable as an alternative to scans?

Not necessarily. What we may have in a gex may not necessarily match what is on your card or any augments that may/may not have happened. Additionally, the card will be able to display gnosis and level where notes in a gex may not.

But if the notes in the .gex do contain all of that information and it's all accurate...? Not trying to be difficult, it's just that we don't necessarily all have the ready tech to turn our item cards into digital images.

If no scanner is available, you can feel free to manually type up each item card and send it in an e-mail to us to send along with your sheet.

Side Note - For the Donation of $1.00 per person towards the Event Fund I am willing to scan in your cards on Saturday. There'll be a "Scan My Fetish" donation jar next to the scanner that I will set up in the Red Room.
