Donation Jar 11-5-11

As noted in the previous thread a Donation Jar will begin to appear at our game in November. The purpose of this jar is to have a cash build up for events away from Vega that include wonderful locations and food stuffs and other such joys. The purpose of the donations will not be to pay for paper, ink, or stamps.

Just because the jar is present does not mean you should feel obligated to donate. We're not looking for people to go broke or anything on behalf of the game. Heck, if you can't donate anything but a penny you found on the sidewalk when coming to Vega it's all good! We're just looking to ensure that we will be prepared to give you the most flavor filled experience you can imagine.

That being said, there'll be a level of accountability when it comes to this fund. A spreadsheet documenting total donation per game will be listed. All expenses that are tapped for the game will also be noted and cost (receipts will be uploaded and documented). This is a strict not-for-profit situation.

Note - You do not get extra perks for donating.
