Traveling ICly to Unique Locations

We are part of One World by Night. This means that there are locations outside of our small bunching of counties that may or may not be claimed by other games and/or coordinators in the organization.

If you are intending to travel to a specific spot outside of our game ICly only like Italy or California or Texas or Alaska or Russia or Germany or the Bottom of the Atlantic Ocean where Atlantis May Be, or (you get the point) we need you to send us a message at heartland-alliance-sts@googlegroups.com stating your request/intent ahead of your travel. There is red tape to go through.

Text messages, facebook messages, face-to-face declarations will not be accepted.

If we're going to have other games respect our turf and rules and structure, we need to do the same with others. Got it? Good!
