Heartland Alliance Influences [Important]

I will be preparing for NonKlaive and immensely active on Council due to the proposal that just went up. Unfortunately this means my attention will not be focused on your influence actions this week. If you send in an influence action odds are I will not be answering anything til Tuesday. This means that on Monday Night next week, I want you to resend the e-mail to the ST list so I can not have to dig through hundreds to find something. Your cooperation is appreciated in this. If you do not do this, and I miss your influence action, then assume that your employees/minions are on vacation and drank out of coconuts while getting a sun tan and watching the latest movies on a comfy beach somewhere in hawaii with your sister.

Highly praised recommendation for the future. Use GMail's tags and filters functions. Works wonders for keeping incoming emails organized and sorted before, during, and after addressing each as needed.

Believe it or not I do have some tags working and it's still not enough. The only other recommendation I can end up making is having people ensure that all of their influence e-mails are subject-lined appropriately. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to work either (past experience). Luckily this is something that should only happen once!

I know I tag my subject lines accordingly. They always contain my character's name and the word "XP", "Influence", or "Downtime." I know it's more convenient to keep track of an Inbox rather than a Sent box, that's why I'm expressing concern (not quite dismay). I sent a bunch of emails with awesome subject lines in the past couple of days and I'm going to have to resend them at some point so they don't get missed. It makes me grumbly.

Well for what it's worth, I do search by the word "Influence" so if it is in the subject line then there shouldn't be an issue, right?

It's just the emails of: "I'm going to use 4 levels of industry to make a warehouse exist in downtown." that I wont catch really.

Ahh, I think I have been labeling mine 'Downtime'. I will change that to 'Influence' for future ease.
